Day 174

By Shawn Gray

Today was the first Underground Writers meeting of the decade. We gathered at the old cheese shop, caught up on everything that happened over the holiday break, and discussed our goals for the upcoming year.

My goals: Complete Hedged In and get my free proof copy. Complete the first draft of Sudbury Sealed by the end of February. Organize and run Script Frenzy in April. Write a short story a month (thereabouts). And make back a bit of cash from writing.

So, no actual writing at the meeting tonight for me, but it was good to see everyone again and get back on track. I’m actually going to get Randy’s piece edited tonight since its a nice short one. Who knows what I may end up doing tomorrow?

wow, just realized there was no spell checking on my submission. Embarrassing.
Ignore the spelling, and in the current revision Kev doesn’t drop anything on his foot. You’ll see what I mean…

Great meeting tonight, sorry I couldn’t stop gabbing, and welcome Julia!
