With the Fabio Belli Soccer Dome well underway, many have been asking about the status of the “other” soccer dome, which was to be completed over summer 2019.
Sadly, it appears this project has been delayed for an undetermined period of time.
Although we suspect the delay has more to do with gauging demand, as the Fabio Belli will open in January 2020, we hope it will not be delayed beyond Fall 2020, as Sudbury needs more indoor facilities to build up a solid foundation of players, coaches & referees as we continue to push for the addition of Pro & Semi-Pro team in the area.
